Designed and Launched the Support Department for GiveWP

One of the most formative experiences in my WordPress career was launching our GiveWP Support machine together with Ben Meredith. Together, we re-imagined what good technical support should look and feel like from the customer experience. We developed KPIs on the health of our support productivity, principles of great support, a highly effective support tone guide, and more.
