Hiring well has become something I find to be extremely important in my profession. Not just hiring the right person, but being a good hiring manager throughout the process, bringing others into the process, setting expectations early and transparently, and then yes -- finally hiring the exact best fit for the role. 

We just hired a new Content/Social Coordinator and so far I'm convinced she was the perfect fit for the role. Excited for our Marketing team's future.
